Happy Thanksgiving from Jim Beau! He slept through most of his first Thanksgiving. He is on antibiotics for another ear infection and I think he was feeling so much better that he just wanted to nap. It is strange to think that last Thanksgiving we celebrated in our furnished apartment in Gainesville and we were waiting for Jim Beau to be born on the 30th. Please keep baby Hollis and his parents Ryan and Kelly (from Montgomery, AL) in your prayers. Hollis is a CDH baby set to be born at UAB on Monday Nov. 29th. I still feel like a hero when I get Jim Beau to eat something new. Last night he ate an egg! I think the ear infections have made him feel yucky and hopefully we can get those under control and he will start eating more. He still loves his formula, so that is good! He weighed 16 lbs. 7 oz at the doctor the other day. Still very tiny but following his own growth curve I guess!
Oh, and Jim Beau would also like to say War Eagle!

Thank you for the update . We are so thankful for Jim Beau's progress and pray that the ear infections will soon be a thing of the past.
I love JB's AUBURN outfit! WAAAARRRR EAGLE !!!! Does not look GREAT right now but I am confident that it will improve!
